  So I live down the street from this Starbucks and because of location i tend to stop in here in the morning. While i enjoy the drink, the customer services and attention to detail way off. As for tonight, I stopped in on my way home to grab a drink and knock out some emails. What happen tonight was tattoos on here arm i didn't catch her name) it appeared that she was training a new staff member. The overall experience was strange and the communication made me feel unwelcome. She's condescending and rude to customers and while i thought i was just me, i overheard her talking to another customer in the same manner explaining the points system and application. Look, coming into a starbucks shouldn't be an odd feeling, and i think this is a clear example of a failing location and more specifically poor leadership. From a customers perspective, this location needs a complete overhaul on the customer service front, the late night management needs a communication course or two and the employees under her direction need to be retrained.

  Are ur coffees always wrong here? It has happend more than 3 times here! I been goin to starbucks in forever! Probably older than the people that works there! Coffee is always WRONG!!!!!! Im about to call Starbucks corporation .. this coffees are NOT $1.00 coffee from MickieD's you know ! They cost half of wat they get paid hourly...

  Customer service is great, but anyone that has had actual cold brew knows this place is not giving out actual cold brew. Most of the time it taste like hot brewed coffee put on ice. I am not sure if the workers are just substituting because they forget to cold brew the coffee or Starbucks thinks people won't notice the difference, but for this reason I try to stay away from Starbucks as much as possible when I have a craving for actual good reading cold brew.

  Every time we order from this Starbucks my order is either wrong or the cup is half full In this case both. I've addressed it in person before and they filled them up or corrected but Why can't it be done right the first time and save me a trip back to the counter. Obviously ive ordered from several Starbucks and none give me as much problems as this one.

  Delicious and fast service. Exactly what I've come to expect from Starbucks.
